Eastern Hancock!  What a great place to learn and grow!  We pride ourselves on being a small school with a big heart.  We believe that a safe and supportive environment filled with realistic challenges is good for every student.  Our aim is to help our students prepare for a lifetime that is healthy, happy, and successful.  We strive to work in partnership with families to help students contribute to their community both now and in the future.

All three of our schools are “A’ schools as designated by the Indiana Department of Education.  Through Advanced Placement classes, dual high school/college credits, STEM experiences at every grade level, agricultural experiences, computer science programming, robotics competitions, and a wide array of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and athletics in each of our schools, we ensure that an education here is well-rounded, challenging, and relevant in our changing world.

Our aim at Eastern Hancock is to leverage the advantages of a small-school atmosphere and a tightknit community to provide a top-notch education for our students, one student at a time.   We have an excellent staff here who view each student as an individual and who play a vital role in helping each unique child become the best version of himself or herself.  We’re just ten minutes east of Greenfield and close enough to Indianapolis to take advantage of what that city has to offer while maintaining our rural atmosphere.  We know that we are lucky to have the best of both worlds.

Several years ago there was a popular television show whose theme song had the following lyrics…

“Sometimes you want to go
Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came”
