Nine Eastern Hancock JAG students were selected to compete in the regional employability skills competition against students from the 12 other JAG schools in our region. The competition was much tougher this year than in past years, but our students still did well. Victoria Brown placed second in career presentation and will advance to the state competition in March. Mikala Linstrum placed 3rd in critical thinking and Jacob Johnson placed 3rd in public speaking. All three students received a monetary award. Make sure to congratulate all of these students as they have been working since September on these competitions. They all represented Eastern Hancock very well.
