This website contains a personality inventory as well as a values and skills assessment. Indiana Career Explorer is aneasy online tool available to all Hoosiers to explore their career interests and skills. You can identify occupations, establish educational strategies and ultimately connect to employers through Indiana Career Connect.
Guided by an interactive Career Planning Timeline, Kuder Navigator will help you learn about yourself, build an education plan, and explore and prepare for the various options after high school. You may research occupations and begin to develop a portfolio to display to potential employers or educational institutions.

Portfolio” tab and begin by completing the “My Profile” information.
The Indiana Career Information System (CIS) provides information and assessments related to careers, post-secondary school and financial aid information. CIS contains the latest national, Indiana and local labor market data and projections.
CIS also includes information on:

- Resume and cover letter creation
- How to keep a job
- Military occupations
CIS is designed to support lifelong career exploration, and career planning and decision-making through easy to use, straightforward search and sorting utilities, and an online portfolio for saving information from all system components.
